Hannah’s love for yoga was fast to develop, though her practice has grown steadily and slowly over the years. Her path has led her from yoga classes at the local gym, to outdoor community offerings and lots of home based practice in between. Finding the courage to follow her own path has been part of her journey to the yogic lifestyle, both on and off of the mat. Yoga had provided her with tools to overcome everyday bumps and to face some of life’s biggest challenges with a stronger sense of self and empowerment. 

This sense of self has led her to learn to move more slowly and breathe more deeply in her practice, and she welcomes students to do the same in her own classes. Her focus is to offer a space for others to feel held, so they may begin to listen to and follow their inner voice. Her classes invite highly intentional movement, with an emphasis on cueing to sensation rather than prompting students to one single expectation. With the incorporation of breathwork and yogic philosophies, as well, she intends to cultivate a balanced class, shifting between the many limbs of yoga to deepen your practice.
