    Ayurvedic Meditation is a 30 min class designed to cultivate the power to heal on many levels. It calms and relaxes our 3 bodies. This class centers us, allows for decompression and connects us to a higher state of consciousness. This class follows the rhythms of season and constitutions of practitioners.

    This energetic and dynamic vinyasa flow blends the fluidity and grace of the dancer with the power of the warrior. Challenge your strength, flexibility and balance as we sync movement and breath to the rhythm, leaving you feeling inspired, invigorated and completely unleashed!

    Awaken early risers! We’ll get you moving and ready for your day ahead with Vinyasa, linking breath to movement and mind to conscious energy. An energetic start to your day with fellow morning neighbors.

  • Friday Flow

    Start your weekend early with this slow practice, merging body and breath. Expect pranayama, meditation, and longer asana holds to dive deep within. This class will pull from elements of hatha, vinyasa, and trauma informed yoga to ground you deeper into experiencing the moment through your body.

  • Glow

    Glow is a music-driven, full-body exercise class that incorporates yoga postures with cardio and optional light weights. You will be guided through mindful movement of varying degrees of intensity as you intuitively connect with the rhythm, beat and volume of the music. Participants can expect a smooth arc in their energy throughout this hour that will leave them feeling empowered and revitalized.

  • Grown Up & Kiddo Flow

    A unique chance for you and your child to relax, let go and reconnect. This class has two facilitators, one leading your flow and the other helping the kiddos. Many of us are parents and we know the entire community needs to be supported and cared for. Bring your little one and enjoy an hour with other like-minded caretakers. Best suited for children under 5.

  • Guan Jing

    Learn the basic forms of Guan Jing in this beginner level class that combines breath, movement, and visualization to cultivate chi and move energy in the body. There is a delicate balance of grounding, expanding, moving, and cleansing energy with the elements of earth, air, fire, water, and ether along with opening of channels for lunar, solar, and/or cosmic energy to flow through the chakra system. Each class is specially designed to work with specific elements and chakras within an astrological context.

  • Gyrokinesis

    Gyrokinesis includes work on a stool to support optimal movement in addition to mat work. It’s adapted to meet everyone's needs. Similar to yoga, dance or Tai Chi, breathwork is used in conjunction with movement. This allows for the parasympathetic nervous system to activate resulting in a calm and balanced mental state. Gyrokinesis addresses the entire body, opening energetic pathways, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through flowing movement sequences.

  • Midday Moves

    Movement is medicine. This afternoon class aims to reset your work day. It explores slower movements with attention to form and alignment of yoga postures. Plus deep breathing and meditation to pause, restore and reset your day. All levels welcome.

  • Peaceful Vinyasa

    Peaceful Vinyasa is our chill version of vinyasa class. You can still expect flowing movement in line with your breath. Each teacher brings their own creative guiding style through the sequence. This class includes the concept of Krama, which allows for unique stepping stones building to the the ultimate goal of Shavasana. All classes are designed to warm the body and get in touch with the breath so that the mind can become still.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    Gentle movement to support the pregnancy journey, from TTC to labor & birth preparation. Classes serve to nurture connection with self and baby, build strength in the changing body, cultivate ease & relaxation, and maintain healthy mobility. Expect space for breathwork, meditation and/or visualization.

    Designed for pregnant folks in all trimesters, and also a great practice if trying to conceive.

  • Regulate & Flow

    We work with the fascial system to support nervous system regulation while awakening one’s self-regulatory intelligence. Combining principles of neurobiology, Polyvegal theory to promote biotensegrity, we use tools to awaken into a greater state of aliveness, and release holding patterns in the body.

  • Restorative

    Reset the nervous system and enjoy true comfort in this all levels class. Postures are slow with guided cues to help lead you into each posture. This class is a chance to enjoy the softer side of life.

    LunchBreak QiGong gives us permission to pause & nourish our energetic system using ancient Chinese exercises for wellbeing. Witness & respond to your needs with breathwork and accessible flowing movements. Connect with your wholeness! By synchronizing our breath & movements we help align our actions with our purpose so we can have an amazing day and week ahead. Designed to support the flow of energy through your body in collaboration with the Universe. Welcome your optimal vibrant self in this ever changing life!   • Slow Rise

    An invitation to start the week with intention. This slower paced class draws on elements of somatic-based yoga, designed to connect with the sensations of your body and internal landscape before the rush begins. We also lean into meditation, mudra, and breath awareness. Plenty of options throughout class to meet yourself wherever you're at today.

  • Soul

    This is a Jivamukti inspired class accompanied by live music. You can expect mantra chanting, yogic philosophy, pranayama, and kriyas, along with a strong asana practice similar to Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. It’s modified to suit the practitioners needs and pace, but some experience is helpful. We will align with the Jivamukti focus of the month in world-wide unity with other practitioners.

  • Spiritual Warrior

    Inspired by the spirited and dynamic Jivamukti Yoga. Spiritual Warrior is a weekly class designed to be an uplifting noon refresh! Welcome to Sneha's deep dive into yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama and chanting.

  • Trauma Informed Yoga

    You can expect to move through exercises that strengthen the relaxation response and vagus nerve. You will learn about the relationship between the body and mind and how it impacts your trauma healing journey. This class is for you if you experience anxiety, racing thoughts, or intrusive thoughts or if you are new to yoga and want to practice in a pressure-free environment. The techniques used in class are effective for people working through PTSD, anxiety, or depression. You will experience and embody gently shifting into a regulated state.

  • Vinyasa

    Expect a flowing movement in line with the breath. Each teacher brings their own creative guiding style through the sequence.   • Warm Vinyasa

    A class designed to warm you up through the Pittsburgh winter. Warm Vinyasa offers many of the same benefits as traditional yoga and has the ability to give your heart, lungs, and muscles an even greater, more intense form of movement. You can expect a space warmed to around 85F.

  • Yin + Meditation

    Immerse yourself in serenity with a Yin, Meditation, and Sound Bath class, suitable for all experience levels. This session offers a harmonious blend of gentle yoga poses, deep meditation, and the healing vibrations of a sound bath. It's an ideal setting to soothe your nervous system and explore the tranquil depths of inner peace.

    In Cosmic QiGong we’ll anchor our spiritual vastness into the embodiment of our material presence in the Here & Now ~ welcoming wholeness, vitality & peace. Cosmic Qigong provides a balance of energetic activation & as well as receptive healing states to boost coherence & alignment & flow. Through the confluence of breathwork & movement & intention Qigong activates wholeness & brings vitality to our passion for living well!

We offer a variety of mindful movement classes. Each class is carefully constructed to connect the mind, body and soul. We believe that no two people are the same and our classes are here to support individuals and their unique needs. Your wellness goes through changes and our community of teachers reflects this driving principle. We are here to support you exactly as you are.

For our group classes and most workshops wear attire that allows the body to move effortlessly and feels like you. Teens 14 and up are welcome in all classes.

10 Class Pass: $150.00 Our 10 Class Pass gives you the flexibility to come and go as you please. We know some souls love to float around and this is a nice option to practice with us when it's right for you. This pass expires 1 year after purchase.

5 Class Pass: $80.00 The 5 Class Pass is perfect for busy lifestyles with complex schedules. This pass gives you the freedom to practice with us when it's right for you. This pass expires 6 months after purchase.

Transparency

Classes: We will need a credit card on file to reserve your spot in advance. Life happens, we ask that you give us a 2 hour notice if you can not attend your upcoming class. Without this notice we will have to deduct a class from class pack holders and one time class participants will not be refunded. If this occurs more than once, the walk-in rate will be charged. We are respectful of your time please be respectful of ours.

Workshops: A payment is required to schedule a workshop with us. All workshop sales are final, please note there are no refunds this applies to absence from workshops or series.
