Aligned Soul
Welcome to your mid-week, mid-day refresh! You can expect a mindful Hatha flow focused on alignment, using props, and wrapping up with harmonium for a some mantra chanting at the end. We will weave in yoga philosophy from the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita as well as other yoga literature to awaken our soul wisdom. These elements combined hope to invite integration of mind, body, spirit. All levels welcome!

Flow + Restore
A class designed for your weekday evening wind down and nervous system reset. We begin with a hatha-inspired slow flow that leads into a series of restorative postures using props and gentle guidance.

Friday Flow
Start your weekend early with this slow practice, merging body and breath. Expect pranayama, meditation, and longer asana holds to dive deep within. This class will pull from elements of hatha, vinyasa, and trauma informed yoga to ground you deeper into experiencing the moment through your body.

Glow
Glow is a music-driven, full-body exercise class that incorporates yoga postures with cardio and optional light weights. You will be guided through mindful movement of varying degrees of intensity as you intuitively connect with the rhythm, beat and volume of the music. Participants can expect a smooth arc in their energy throughout this hour that will leave them feeling empowered and revitalized.

Prenatal+Postnatal Yoga
Gentle movement, breath, meditation & visualization to support you on your pregnancy journey, from TTC to postpartum. Nurture your connection with self and baby, build strength in the changing body, cultivate relaxation & acceptance, and maintain healthy mobility.

Regulate & Flow
We work with the fascial system to support nervous system regulation while awakening one’s self-regulatory intelligence. Combining principles of neurobiology, Polyvegal theory to promote biotensegrity, we use tools to awaken into a greater state of aliveness, and release holding patterns in the body.

Restorative
Reset the nervous system and enjoy true comfort in this all levels class. Postures are slow with guided cues to help lead you into each posture. This class is a chance to enjoy the softer side of life.

Slow Rise
An invitation to start the week with intention. This slower paced class draws on elements of somatic-based yoga, designed to connect with the sensations of your body and internal landscape before the rush begins. We also lean into meditation, mudra, and breath awareness. Plenty of options throughout class to meet yourself wherever you're at today.
9:00a Wednesdays

Soul
This is a Jivamukti inspired class accompanied by live music. You can expect mantra chanting, yogic philosophy, pranayama, and kriyas, along with a strong asana practice similar to Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. It’s modified to suit the practitioners needs and pace, but some experience is helpful. We will align with the Jivamukti focus of the month in world-wide unity with other practitioners.

Traditional Yin
Join Dr. Raemy, a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, for a deep Yin Yoga class that integrates the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the mindful practice of yoga. In this class, Dr. Raemy will guide you through long-held, passive postures designed to target the deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia, while also stimulating the flow of energy (Qi) through the Yin Meridians.
Each session will focus on incorporating therapeutic principles from Chinese Medicine to enhance physical flexibility, emotional release, and overall balance.
All levels welcome.

Trauma-Informed Yoga
You can expect to move through exercises that strengthen the relaxation response and vagus nerve. You will learn about the relationship between the body and mind and how it impacts your trauma healing journey. This class is for you if you experience anxiety, racing thoughts, or intrusive thoughts or if you are new to yoga and want to practice in a pressure-free environment. The techniques used in class are effective for people working through PTSD, anxiety, or depression. You will experience and embody gently shifting into a regulated state.

Vinyasa
Expect a flowing movement in line with the breath. Each teacher brings their own creative guiding style through the sequence. Class maybe include the concept of Krama which allows for unique stepping stones at each section of the flow. All classes are designed to warm the body and get in touch with the breath so the mind becomes still. You can count on a relaxing end to this class.

Wild Warrior
Wild Warrior is a powerful and dynamic vinyasa flow that unfolds like a dance. Emphasizing the emotional connection between breath, body, and the beat, this class invites you to find space in poses and transitions for your version of authentic movement, body love, and pure, unleashed expression.

Yoga For Strength Training
A class designed to support mobility + recovery for people who regularly engage in strength training. In addition to having taught yoga for the past 10 years, Amanda has participated in strength training for over 20 years. This class will encompass grounding/mindfulness techniques, breathwork and yoga postures specifically geared towards supporting your strength training practice. The goals are safety, mobility, flexibility and longevity. No prior yoga experience necessary.





About our classes
We offer a variety of mindful movement classes. Each class is carefully constructed to connect the mind, body and soul. We believe that no two people are the same and our classes are here to support individuals and their unique needs. Your wellness goes through changes and our community of teachers reflects this driving principle. We are here to support you exactly as you are.
For our group classes and most workshops wear attire that allows the body to move effortlessly and feels like you. Teens 14 and up are welcome in all classes.
Walk-In: $19.00
Transparency
Classes: We will need a credit card on file to reserve your spot in advance. Life happens, we ask that you give us a 2 hour notice if you can not attend your upcoming class. Without this notice we will have to deduct a class from class pack holders and one time class participants will not be refunded. If this occurs more than once, the walk-in rate will be charged. We are respectful of your time please be respectful of ours.
Workshops: A payment is required to schedule a workshop with us. All workshop sales are final, please note there are no refunds this applies to absence from workshops or series.
