WOMEN BE WELL IN MIND

The importance of mental health to our well-being is finally being given its due as anxiety, depression, and stress have skyrocketed in the collective consciousness since 2020.  Let’s explore mental health without the stigma and discover some tools that have been proven to reduce stress and trauma and heighten our well-being.

Ashley O’Hara:

Licensed Clinical Social

Ashley has been practicing as a licensed clinical social worker for 10 years, incorporating a holistic lifestyle approach and empowering individuals to make conscious choices to live wholehearted lives. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Social Work, both from the University of Pittsburgh. In keeping with the mind, body, spirit approach, she has been engaged in the study and practice of yoga for the last 13 years.  She is a mama, kirtan enthusiast, and a 500 hour RYT.  


Cait Schieneman: Cait is an embodiment coach and holistic product line creator who helps people to process trauma with somatic exercises that regulate the nervous system. She offers a complete psycho-spiritual approach using tools like plant medicine and astrology to uncover karma and move energy blockages out of the body. 

She also specializes in regulating the mind-body connection to alleviate physiological symptoms with herbal support through her products. She recommends using them as an embodiment ritual to create inner and outer harmony. 

She has a tincture line that is safe for mothers and small children, a self-care line, as well as a line of home cleaning products.
