Join Brenda for an hour-long class designed to support mobility and recovery for people who regularly engage in strength training.

This class will encompass grounding/mindfulness techniques, breathwork and yoga postures specifically geared towards supporting your strength training practice.

The goals of the class are safety, mobility, flexibility and longevity.

No prior yoga experience is required.
