Come meet and journey with the Goddess Boann, who holds the place of Ostara at the Spring Equinox upon the Celtic Wheel of the Year.
She is an ancient Goddess said to have come down from the Milky Way, bringing starlight through her into the sacred River Boyne in Ireland.
Boann is connected to the aspect of self that is the young one dreaming along that Star River, tending new growth and connection between earth and stars.
We will honor this archetypal energy within you and the greater weave through story, guided journey and ritual together.
The series is led by Dr. Denise McMorrow.
The Celtic Wheel of the Year Series at Sneha honors the 8 sacred festivals throughout the year through work with each of the Goddesses who hold those places upon the Wheel.
All are welcome to step into this series at any time. Please bring a journal, pen, and eye covering for the journey.
Each session offers a gentle introduction to shamanic practice through journeying together and integration through shared ritual.
Dr. Denise McMorrow is an artist, depth psychologist, mother, and creator the Prayer Tent for the Divine Mother.
She is founder of Mountain to Mountain, which weaves together art, sound, sanctuary and embodied spiritual practice to create containers for the indwelling soul and re-member the Sacred Feminine.
Having studied with shamanic teachers for the past 15 years, Dr. Denise is completing her apprenticeship in the wise-woman Irish tradition of the Seabhean, as carried by Amantha Murphy.
She is honored to share this work of the Celtic Wheel at Sneha, as a nourishing container for growth and honoring each person’s sacred life, inclusive of all backgrounds.
