Join Anna for an immersive experience into the beautiful world of The Himalayan Institute's lineage of Hatha Yoga. This class will provide asana, pranayama, and meditation to link the focus of mind. Allowing us a deeper connection space to the body and beyond.

Anna is a 30+ year student of yoga. She has extensive practice experience with a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Iyengar, and Vinyasa Krama and weaves those styles into her teaching. She is also a 10 year student of the ancient science of Ayurveda. Anna teaches an intentional practice designed to move energy, bring the nervous system online while relaxing and resting back into the body as home. She finds great joy in connecting together in community through a welcoming, fun and inclusive yoga practice and believes that everyone can transform their life in big or small ways through yoga.
